Why Point Sensors Often Miss Plumes From Tall Infrastructure

Plume of the week! Wind dictates how plumes "fan out" and what they intersect (or don't!) downwind. Plumes from tall (~7m here) structures are hard to catch with ground-based, downwind sniffers.
